Cendrowski Corporate Advisors (CCA) provides advisory services for senior officers and property owners relating to internal controls, process improvement, governance and compliance strategies. CCA and their affiliates have been providing these services since 1983. The firm is unique in its ability to serve these organizations both proactively through deterrence services and reactively through remediation services.

Deterrence Services: We help organizations understand where their internal controls architecture could be improved to increase operational efficiency, reduce the possibility of fraud, and improve governance activities. To this end, we wrote the national training program used in the Certified Fraud Deterrence (CFD) Analyst professional certification. We also help organizations develop contingency plans to respond potential control crisis events. This could include operational control review, risk assessment, internal audit and control validation activities.

Remediation Services: When a crisis event is suspected, we work through internal and external counsel to help the organization develop an appropriate response. For example, responding to an anonymous report of a potential accounting anomaly. The response to this could include forensic accounting services, fraud examination, litigation support, expert testimony, and valuation and damage calculations. Often, the actions taken at the beginning of an investigation can significantly affect the outcome of the investigation.
